Vallebona presents its first De.Co (Traditional Local Product): "raviöi cu pesigu."
On Monday, September 19th, in Vallebona, the attribution act of the De.Co (Traditional Local Product) was presented, along with the recipe and the logo created by Simona Alborno, and the procedures to obtain the concession for the use of the "raviöi cu pesigu" trademark. The event was attended by the Mayor of Vallebona, Roberta Guglielmi, the Deputy Mayor, Ingrid Marchot, the councilors Arianna Guglielmi and Dario Grassano, representatives from the restaurant and commercial sector, and the Commission composed of President Giampiero Rossi and expert members Raffaella Fenoglio and Pietro Guglielmi, who will verify the compliance of the dish's recipe proposed by restaurants and commercial establishments in the town.
"The created logo is very simple and concise," explained Simona Alborno, "It represents a dish, with a reference to the ravioli, and features the name of the De.Co: "raviöi cu pesigu". I wanted to create something fun with a food-inspired taste that would also bring a sense of joy."
